Graff Family Vineyards:
2005 Pinot Blanc
Made from 100% Pinot Blanc grapes grown on the
Graff and Head Vineyards on the Chalone bench in
Monterey County. This wine is both fermented and
aged in French oak barrels. The wine shows aromas
of ripe melons and peaches that are complemented
by flavors of toasted hazelnuts and the minerals from
the limestone soils. This wine will pair beautifully
with chicken, pork and shellfish.
